The Boston Camp Fair takes place Saturday, February 10, 2024 at the Artists for Humanity Epicenter, located at 100 W 2nd St., Boston, MA 02127 from noon to 3pm.

What's Included?
Camp exhibitors will receive one 6-foot table with electricity, two chairs, free refreshments, one table sign and inclusion in the *printed and online Boston Camp Expo exhibitor guide. *Registration must be received by Saturday, February 3 to guarantee inclusion in printed exhibitor guide. How to Register Registration for the Boston Camp Fair are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. We run dozens of other camp fairs in various locations every year, and they always sell out. We expect the same with the Boston Camp Fair, so be sure to register early so you don't miss out. (Camps signing up as exhibitors once we are full will be placed on a waiting list.) Please use this form to sign up. Once we receive your registration, we will email you a confirmation, invoice, and camp fair "1-sheet" detailing everything you need to know regarding parking, set-up, clean up and more. Sharing Booths with Other Programs
Only one camp organization per table/booth is allowed. Sharing tables/booths with other programs is not permitted.
COVID Health & Safety Guidelines
Protecting the health and safety of camp exhibitors and family attendees at this event is our top priority. Facemasks are not required though we will continue to monitor the COVID situation and make adjustments to the event as necessary. All health and safety protocols will be followed. Specific protocols will be provided as we get closer to event day. Should the event need to be cancelled due to the pandemic, exhibitors will have the choice of receiving a full refund or credit to a future camp fair event.
