As campers range from ages 3 - 15, all activities are carefully tailored to be age appropriate. Choice is a keystone of the NEOC experience and their program champions the development of independence by offering choice activities each afternoon. Since 2007, thousands of Boston middle-schoolers have spent transformative summers at our one-of-a-kind camp on Long Island in the Boston Harbor. In addition to classic summer camp activities like sports, arts, music, rock climbing, water sports, swimming, sailing, science, gardening, and fishing; our programs build leadership skills, invest in creativity, and broaden horizons. Campers must live in Boston and be entering the 6th, 7th, 8th, or 9th grade in the fall of 2024 to be eligible to attend. Bus and ferry transportation to and from camp as well as 3 meals daily (breakfast and lunch at camp, a bagged dinner to take home) are included.
