Since 1980, Steve & Kate’s Camp has empowered children by entrusting them with control over their own learning journeys. Through the process of trying, failing, and learning independently, kids cultivate trust in their own judgment, equipping them to confront the challenges of a dynamic world with creativity and confidence.
Campers have the freedom to select from a diverse array of real-time activities, such as sewing, stop-motion animation, music, coding, sports & rec, makers crafts, baking, and more. They determine what they want to do and for how long. This summer, families have the flexibility to purchase as many days as they need, usable at any time without the need for weekly reservations—just show up! Alternatively, for extended care, a Summer Pass covering the entire season is available. In the event of changing plans, any unused Passes will be automatically refunded in full at the end of the summer.

NEOC, Set in Nature. Rooted in Wonder. Bursting with Fun!
NEOC connects campers, age 3 - 15, to nature with activities that spark their excitement, curiosity, and individuality! Their campus, on the Elm Bank Reservation in Wellesley, is an expansive property with river-access, trails, forested areas, gardens, and the opportunity for campfires. Their activities include canoeing, archery, hiking, shelter building, gardening, arts & crafts, games, sports, and wellness. As campers range from ages 3 - 15, all activities are carefully tailored to be age appropriate. Choice is a keystone of the NEOC experience and their program champions the development of independence by offering choice activities each afternoon. One very special and unique aspect of NEOC is the multi-age play and mentoring built into their program, which is well-supported by the inclusive and intimate camp culture. As campers grow at NEOC, they are encouraged to wonder about, investigate, and build their understanding of nature.
